Chlamydia is an infection passed on through having sex. If the infection gets inside the girl's body it can affect reproductive organs and make it difficult for you to get pregnant. Caught early this is preventable, so always see your GP or nurse if you are worried about pains in your stomach or have any unusual discharge from your vagina.
